What does Pregnant woman claim on HOV lane?

Pregnant woman claims fetus is a person to fight HOV lane ticket.

After receiving a HOV violation, a pregnant woman in Texas argued her unborn baby should count as a car passenger in light of Roe v. Wade being overturned. Brandy Bottone tells CNN’s Pamela Brown why she plans to fight the ticket in court.

An youtube user comments Either a fetus is legally a person or a fetus is not legally a person. You can’t have it both ways.

As this is Texas and an embryo/fetus is counted as a person then, yeah, “they” qualified for the HOV lane! And yes, the fetus absolutely qualifies for paternal child support immediately at conception too. – A user comments.

Just shows the short sighted decision making by politicians, it shocks me a pregnant woman isn’t already given special consideration for the sacrifice she makes and should have always been allowed to use the HOV lane to lower the stress of driving – Wishbone comments.
